In unrelated news: Despite having much property, the  Hon’ble Dhruba Jyoti Saikia insists on keeping his name on the title to the flat his ex-wife, Korobi Saikia resides in and hasn't given her any of the title deeds of the flat of which she is joint owner, and won't stay away. Korobi Saikia has been facing instances of her utilities being disconnected, garbage being strewn  outside her front door. The question that comes to mind is why is this happening?
